The candidate for this position will support the organization in the improvement and optimization of our business processes and procedures. Important part of this role is improving the quality of our in- and outgoing products and materials.

Continuous Improvement/LEAN and Quality Coordinator
The candidate for this position will support the organization in the improvement and optimization of our business processes and procedures. Important part of this role is improving the quality of our in- and outgoing products and materials.
Job profile:
- Jointly responsible for the continuous improvement of efficiency, quality, and productivity of our production location.
- Collecting, analysing, and processing production data. The goal is to come up with proposals to define and realize the strategic and tactical objectives of the organization.
- Guiding/coaching and developing working groups and teams in various improvement programs.
- Involved in technical innovations (process, production technology and monitoring);
- Defining and setting up KPIs and maintaining the KPI structure.
- Together with your manager responsible for helping to (further) develop existing and new production techniques.
- Sparring partner for the organization in the field of product, process, and production knowledge.
- Your work is at our production location Ryomgaard, but with close contact to the global organisation.
Personal characteristics:
- Emphatic and with strong communicative skills.
- Curious and engaged.
- Targeted and result oriented.
What do we ask of you?
- Preferably a completed education in the direction of Industrial/Technical Engineering and Management.
- Preferably relevant work experience in the field of continuous improvement and optimization of work processes.
- Excellent coaching, influencing, analysing and communication skills. In addition, you have a good knowledge of:
- Change management.
- Setting up, conducting, and reporting research.
- LEAN, TPM, Six Sigma; QRM and associated tools.
- Data analysis techniques.
- Microsoft Office programs.
- You are both fluent in Danish and English (speaking and writing).
- You are familiar with ERP systems (knowledge of Axapta/Microsoft Dynamics is desired).
