On behalf of Tetra Pak Filtration Solutions, we are looking for a Project manager to join their team in Silkeborg.
Tetra Pak Filtration Solutions with offices in Silkeborg, Denmark and in Champlin, USA is the group competence centre for membrane filtration and water process technology. Altogether, they are 125 dedicated employees, 90 of those are working directely from the silkeborg office. You can read more about it at: www.tetrapakfiltration.com.
As a Project manager, your primary task will be to manage commercial projects as well as doing the engineering part of the project. You have a strong technical know-how and have the capacity to combine the technical knowledge with a good sense of business.
Furthermore, you will:
• Managing and running projects in close co-operation with customers and Tetra Pak regional offices worldwide.
• Being responsible for scope, budget, deadlines and quality of the project.
• Ensuring communication with suppliers and customers
• Performing engineering of plants and process lines in AutoCAD and other tools
• Purchasing components and services
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, changes and issues
• Follow up on technical issues and secure a solution covering the interests of customer and Tetra Pak
• Negotiate deviations and variation orders with the customers
• Coordinate installation and commissioning
To succeed in this role, it is important to have Project management skills and experiences in processing plants for the food industry, preferably within dairy. You have strong communication skills – the ability to interact with people, be it stakeholders, colleagues or customers is essential. We also see some of the main criteria to becoming a success as:
• Relevant background, e.g. Mechanical engineer, Marine engineer, or similar
• More than 2 years of experiences as a Project manager
• Proficiency in Danish and English at high level, German skills are appreciated.
• Experiences from the food industry is an advantage but it´s not a requirement
