We are looking for a Civil Project Manager who will coordinate and manage civil design and construction activities in relation to the new investment projects in the Rockwool Group. It will be your responsibility to represent Rockwool Group Technology in close coordination with multiple stakeholders and teams in Denmark as well as abroad. Analytical thinking, solid construction experience, and excellent communication skills will be essential for the Civil Project Manager role described.
•Lead and execute design and construction management activities
•Be responsible for all construction project scope related quality, budget, time schedule, certification, approvals, and health & safety checks
•Lead civil design consultant and all design related activities including permits in coordination with factory and process teams
•Be responsible for efficient cooperation in the core teams
•Prepare design specifications and tender documents
•Manage main and sub-contractors
•Prepare and follow-up on civil time schedule in accordance with overall project time schedule
•Implement health & safety set-up and daily application through Site Safety Supervisor
•Ensure that Site Safety Supervisor has the required mandate to take needed actions to ensure safety
•Coordinate with Factory organization design and site activities
•Be responsible for efficient budget follow-up in relation to design and construction activities
•Ensure clear communication to core team and stakeholders
•No restriction to travelling, moderate travel activity should be expected
•Be proactive as regards all responsibilities described above
•You hold a Bachelor’s degree within civil or mechanical engineering
•Master’s degree in civil engineering and/or project management is preferred
•At least 10 years’ work experience
•Strong project management record in large scale projects (5+ years’ experience)
•Working experience with multinational teams and contractors
•Industrial project experience is preferred
•Familiarity with Prince 2 is an asset
•Written and spoken English Language to a high professional business level is a must, additional knowledge in Danish is preferred
•Driver’s license

What are we looking for?
