During the maternity cover as Project Manager, you will be a part of our Portfolio Process Management team, which works to further develop existing process tools and work structures on a daily basis. As a part of a smaller project management team, you will contribute to strengthening the process-optimizing measures for project management of our customer projects. The team is characterized by collaboration across a big international organization, and you will have a broad contact surface with other project functions such as Sales, Bid Management, Project Development and Controlling.
Project Management with focus on development and implementation
In the position as Project Manager, you will primarily focus on ensuring a uniform and optimized implementation of customer projects. Therefore, you will play a vital role in regards to the optimization measures that will form the future of project management in Kamstrup.
More specifically, your work tasks will be:
Personality matters
You have a relevant degree as a Global Business Engineer, Business Development Engineer, cand.merc. or similar. Furthermore, you have at least 3 years of experience from an similar role within project-, process management and/or change management. As your daily work will span across a broad international organization, both internally and externally, it is expected that you possess good communicative skills.
As a person, you are proactive in regards to handling different tasks and partners, and you are responsible when executing on projects of all sizes. It will require persistence to implement new work processes, which means that you are thorough and structured, as well as process-oriented in your approach to solving tasks. As a part of a professional project team, you value professional sparring, but you can also work independently and take lead during change processes.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Maintaining and updating current documentation used in customer projects
