As we are currently implementing a new ERP-system, we are looking for a System & Process Specialist with experience within development, optimization and the implementation of systems and processes which support the business’ needs.
You will become a part of our Business Administration team, which is a department within the Solutions and Services Delivery division. The team consist of five colleagues who work on ensuring an economic overview of existing contracts, ensure that the systems matches the business requirements and supports the business goals, identify potential improvement areas and optimize the business procedures in collaboration with our operations departments.
A job with focus on system and process optimization
As our new System & Process Specialist you will become a superuser in our new ERP system and hereby be the go-to person for the team. Your primary task is to analyzethe business requirements and based on this, identify and build/specify the system functionalities that will move the business forward. Therefore, your work will be centered around the systems and processes that support the execution of customer projects, including the delivery, installation and commissioning of intelligent metering solutions. Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to ensure and facilitate the needed system and process optimization including the process efficiency, digitalization and transparency in and between the systems which support the delivery of customer projects. You will also support the daily operation of the projects through user support, training and troubleshooting.
More specifically your tasks will be to:
You will work with all aspects of the project department’s processes including project management, order management, contract-, financial- and resource management as well as purchase orders, subcontractors, documentation, reporting and performance benchmarking.

Moroever, you are capable of addressing a topic with different levels of abstraction which allows you to dive into the details, while still maintaining a holistic overview . Furthermore, you are great at familiarizing yourself with new knowledge and input, as well as adapting to the changes in a dynamic business.
Furthermore, it is key that you can act as the link between the project department and IT in order to effectively transform the business needs to understandable, coherent and pragmatic IT solutions.

In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.

- Capture and define system demands from the project department and other stakeholders
- Create IT-specifications and test the developed solutions
- Be the superuser in the IFS project-module
- Develop system/process documentation and provide training to the users of the system
- Improve the foundation for Business Intelligence by strengthening the data transparency and the availability of data
- Troubleshoot and maintain the production system, from a business perspective

- A Bachelors or Masters within Business Administration, economics, IT or similar
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a user of the relevant modules in an ERP system, preferably IFS, SAP or equivalent
- Experience with the gathering of business requirement, the creation of IT-specification as well as the test of delivered solutions
- Experience with process, system and digitalization from a large B2B matrix company
- Experience with project management and the delivery of customer projects
- Understanding of the necessary data foundation for effective Business Intelligence reporting
