Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our PMO team in our Supply Chain Division.
With a direct reference to our Head of PMO, you will become part of our PMO team that execute operational and strategic projects within Supply Chain. The team consists of 7 dedicated colleagues that lead complex CAPEX projects related to new equipment, new locations and production facilities. Together, we strive to deliver excellent project management in order to ensure successful solutions and satisfied customers.
Senior Project Manager with focus on stakeholder management, best practices and new production facilities
As Senior Project Manager you will have a key role in leading projects related to establishment of new production facilities abroad. Furthermore, you will be part of clarifying the development and deployment model for these types of projects in Kamstrup’ Supply Chain. Therefore, it is crucial that you have experience with CAPEX projects and preferably you have worked with establishment and implementation of new production facilities.
More specifically, your primary work tasks will be to:

Personality matters
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who has +7 years of experience and proven track record with CAPEX projects. You possess an international mindset and are able to handle various internal and external stakeholders. You have a relevant educational background such as Master’s in Mechanical Engineer, Bachelor of Technology Management and Marine Engineering or similar which gives you the ability to manage complex projects.
As a person, you are structured, possess a holistic mindset and driven by a constant focus on the quality of your project deliveries. You are excellent at creating an overview through your methodical and analytical approach. You consider yourself as being a self-starter with a strong drive, and you have the ability to move and change things. At last you have strong communicative skills and the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both written and oral. Danish is an advantage.
