With a direct reference to our Head of Solution and Service Transition, you will become a part of a new team of 3 committed colleagues, where internal cooperation is the key word. The team is still in an developing phase, where we focus on improving the capabilities used for deploying new or modified Service and Solution into operation. You will therefore have an central role in the team and making a contribution to defining its culture and its way of working.
Secure seamless introduction of new services and solutions in operation
In the position as Service Transition Project Manager you will play a vital role in regards to securing customer success with our solutions when introducing new Services and Solutions in operation. You will therefore have two main responsibilities – qualifying new service and solution and secure a feedback culture from customer interaction.
More specifically, your primary work tasks will be:
Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager with +5 years of experience from a matrix organization. You have a relevant educational background at minimum bachelor’s level within IT, Engineering or Business. In order to succeed in this role, it is important that you are able to manage projects and lead processes and teams across functions and business areas.
It would be an advantage if you are familiar with Service Management processes, and what it takes to meet business demands.
As a person, you are structured and driven by a constant focus on the quality of your project deliveries. You have previously in your career shown that you can create an overview using a methodical and analytical approach. You consider yourself as being a self-starter with a strong drive and you can move and change people and processes. You possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate and collaborate in a global matrix organization.
The job requires fluency in written and spoken English. Danish is an advantage.

- Prepare for hyper care operation phase of new Solution and Service Deliveries
- Ensure effective Customer feedback loops to key stakeholders
