Silhorko-Eurowater A/S is an international supplier of water treatment solutions. We manufacture advanced and sustainable water treatment plants to produce drinking water and water for industrial use - worldwide. Internationally, we engage more than 430 employees and in 2021 we reached a turnover of more than 500 Mio. DKK. We need a SAP ERP Business Owner to oversee all aspects of a systems solution, including those that are targeted towards customer relations, human resources, and supply chains. Using analytical and problem-solving skills, the SAP Business Owner craft adaptable, comprehensive suites appropriate for our business requirements. Converting large segments of a company's software is a major undertaking, and the SAP Business Owner must design and implement changes in appropriate stages, to ensure a smooth transition.
This role is essentially turning business expectations and high-level solution designs into technical specifications for our applications.
The biggest transformation project in the history of our company was initiated in mid-2021. We decided to transform the ERP infrastructure in our company from the present situation: 14 different ERP systems in 14 countries with various business processes to conduct the same business: design, production, sale, and service of water treatment solutions to ONE ERP system and ONE business process.
The enterprise resource planning system we decided to implement is SAP S/4HANA Cloud. We are now in the Realize Phase in the mother company with a GO LIVE date September 5, 2022. The daughter companies will implement in 3 waves in 2022 and 2023.

Your tasks
- Secure business operational support through interaction with Business Process Owners and partner delivering SAP support desk service.
- Drive development of business processes through optimization of IT/ERP solutions.
- Ambassador for standard processes and solutions.
- Collaborate with Grundfos Industry Division IS Business Partner and Grundfos Information Services.
Your qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related field preferred.
- Experience from implementation/project management and development of ERP systems.
- Experience with SAP from an international environment, preferably sales or manufacturing.
- Strong business acumen in a digital context: The Business Owner must understand how all parts of the business model work together including processes, operating systems, and application architectures.
