Silhorko-Eurowater A/S is an international supplier of water treatment solutions. We manufacture advanced and sustainable water treatment plants to produce drinking water and water for industrial use - worldwide. We need a SAP Business Master Data Coordinator to the new SAP S/4HANA team to work closely together with the present SAP Business Master Data Coordinator, the SAP Project Manager, and the SAP Business Owner to implement our ambitious plan.
The purpose of the role is to have the general overview of the total value chain of the company supported by SAP. The role will ensure adherence to agreed processes through a master data lens, meaning that the overall business process owners are responsible for each their processes, but the coordinator is responsible for interfaces and ensuring that obstacles in our flows are efficiently dealt with.
The SAP Business Master Data Coordinator is a part of the operation and will liaise with external SAP consultants e.g., NTT Data.
A special area of responsibility of the role is price management of the company related to standard products, modified products, projects, and rental business.
The biggest transformation project in the history of our company was initiated in mid-2021. We decided to transform the ERP infrastructure in our company from the present situation: 14 different ERP systems in 14 countries with various business processes to conduct the same business: design, production, sale, and service of water treatment solutions to ONE ERP system and ONE business process.
The enterprise resource planning system we decided to implement is SAP S/4HANA Cloud. We are now in the Realize Phase in the mother company with a GO LIVE date September 5, 2022. The daughter companies will implement in 3 waves in 2022 and 2023.

Your tasks
- Master Data Management. Develop good master data maintenance processes and implement these within the organization. Work with the master data tool IT.MDS (Master Data Simplified) around vendors, customers, and material master data.
- Price Management. Ensure optimal pricing of all the company’s products. The role includes updating of cost prices as well as setting of sales prices.
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud Implementation. Support roll-out in 14 countries with data tracking, clean up and migration activities. Support on decision making regarding what to migrate e.g., payment terms, delivery terms, vendor master data, customers, employees etc. in this implementation process.
Your qualifications
- Solid commercial and business process understanding.
- Systematic and possess a structured work style.
- Preferably ERP background with a solid understanding of corporate ERP processes and implementation.
- Proven record of working with high standards for master data.
- Preferably experience with master data tool IT.MDS
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
- Strong business understanding in a digital and commercial context: the Business Master Data Coordinator must understand how all parts of the business model work together including processes and operating systems.
