With a direct reference to Head of R＆D - RF Communication, you will become a part our large Hardware Technology team with dedicated colleagues organized across multiple teams. Together we are working to revolutionize the supply of clean water and energy through intelligence – both in our solutions and in our colleagues. Therefore, you will be surrounded by other Project Managers with whom you will be able to interact, share knowledge, learn and have fun.
A job with focus on translating customer demands into solutions
In the role as R&D Project Manager, your primary task will be to lead and manage cross organizational R&D projects - from idea generation to finished products guided by Kamstrup’s R&D model. You will use your skillset in a broad range of aspects such as customer interactions as well as understanding and securing delivery on value propositions. This will be done within various domains such as servicalization of product attributes and features while always keeping track of the business case and associated costs.
More specifically, your primary responsibilities will be:
Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience working with project management on the customer side of product R&D. We imagine that you have an educational background as a Business Development Engineer or similar from which you have gained a great commercial and technical understanding.
As a person you are structured and driven by a desire to create results and quality for customers. You have a profound human understanding which is why it comes naturally and easy for you to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Moreover, you are a self-starter who have the ability to challenge status quo in order to create the best results.
The job requires fluency in written and spoken English. Danish and German will be considered an asset.

- Leading development projects of new offerings in accordance to Kamstrup's processes
- Acting as the link between the customer and Kamstrup’s Product Managers and Specialist
- Cross organizational project planning and execution
- Continuous project follow up, risk and stakeholder management
- Identifying customer’s needs and pains and transforming these into solutions
