With direct reference to Head of R&D HCW Meters, you will become a part of our Hardware Technology team which consists of 35 dedicated colleagues. Together we are responsible for the development of our heat- and water meters. More specifically, you will be part of a smaller team of project managers with technical backgrounds, who handle the project management of our development projects. In the team, we value professional sparring and knowledge sharing, combined with an informal tone.
A job with focus on translating market demands into solutions
In the role as Project Manager, your primary task will be to lead and manage cross-organizational project teams to drive ideas into finished products. You will use your personal understanding and skills in a broad range of aspects from mechatronic design and engineering, over commercial aspects and market understanding, to knowledge of successful product introduction into manufacturing. You will hereby enter in a central role in our product development, which is why it is important that you can combine both distinct technical knowledge and market understanding into a successful outcome.
More specifically, your primary responsibilities will be:

We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager, who is passionate about making a difference and managing cross-organizational projects. We imagine that you have a technical background as a development engineer or similar combined with a commercial mindset. Whether you are newly educated or have experience within project management is not crucial, but you must have a profound technical understanding, which you can use to navigate and manage complex projects. As our project model follows the Stage Gate model, it is also a requirement that you have a knowledge of the classic Stage Gate model.
As a person, you are structured and driven by a constant focus on creating results and quality in your project deliveries. You thrive in a technical and outgoing and you consider yourself a great communicator who can collaborate with many stakeholders of different background. Lastly, you are a self-starter who possesses a strong drive why you have a natural ability to move and change things.
The job requires fluency in written and spoken English and Danish

- Acting as the link between product management, technology and our production
- Planning and budgeting development projects in collaboration with other departments
- Following-up on schedules and project budgets
- Identifying customer’s needs and pains and transforming these to solutions and requirements
