Project Manager for International and Danish Solar Thermal Turnkey Projects

As a part of the internationalization process Arcon-Sunmark is looking for a Project Manager delivering turnkey projects in international markets as well as in Denmark within the contractually agreed quality, timeline and budget.
The primary focus will be on projects within the EU (e.g. Germany, BeNeLux, Denmark, Baltics, etc.) but depending on market developments also potentially projects outside the EU. Especially within the first year of employment frequent travelling to the headquarter in Denmark should be expected to establish the network with colleagues and technical experts.
As Project Manager at Arcon-Sunmark you refer to CPO and are a part of the project organization with primary responsibility of ensuring delivery of projects on time, at budget and in contracted quality. The project department is a vital part of the organization and due to international growth and scaling of projects the Project Manager will have an essential role in contributing to the professional sparring in the company adding to a positive and constructive work atmosphere and cooperation within the project organization.
Your key responsibilities are:
The succesful applicant has considerable experience within project management, preferably large turnkey projects in the same or similar industry, e.g. energy installation projects and construction. You have experience with all phases of the project, such as initial project definition in collaboration with sales and client, calculation and negotiation of contracts including supplier contracts, time and resource allocation, communication and stakeholder management, setting and managing the project team.
You hold relevant education or courses within project management. Theoretical university qualification at a bachelor or graduate level, e.g. graduate engineer or a similar constructional education will be highly valued and relevant. You are proficient in English both written and spoken in order to facilitate complex and technical negotiations with international customers.
You are a strong relation builder, having solid experience within stakeholder management internally as well as externally and you always seek the best solutions for the customers and the company.

- Act as first point of contact towards customers and represent Arcon-Sunmark towards involved consultants, subcontractors, authorities and other stakeholders.
- Overall delivery of projects in time, quality and budget as well as securing safety during project installations.
- Manage the project team in accordance to achieving technical as well as commercial goals of each project.
- Calculate, monitor and maintain project budgets, including forecasting and managing of risks.
- Lead the procurement process for subcontracted services in close collaboration with the procurement manager and technical support functions.
- Support sales department in budgeting and contractual elements related to project execution.
- Support and actively take part of refining and optimizing processes and work procedures within project organization.
