The role
Oticon Campaign Management is part of Oticon Brand Management, and we are ambitious about the future and strive to deliver world-class marketing to support the business worldwide. We drive global product-, solution-, and brand related activities to attract new customers and nurture existing as well as improve users’ brand experience. Our focus is to excel in marketing and continuously optimize our Go-to-market (G2M) strategies throughout the chain; identifying activity and communication needs, developing campaigns, launching, and tracking impact.
To succeed we need extra support to fuel the G2M process and therefore seek a Project Coordinator in the Campaign Management team. In this role you’ll have a helicopter view of our long-term marketing calendar and will play a key part in ensuring information and collaboration between the different functions that contribute to our marketing activities. You’ll have a broad reach throughout our global organization and be a key player to support and ensure alignment throughout all hearing aid brands; Oticon, Philips, Bernafon and Sonic.
You’ll become part of a team of 16 people in Oticon Brand Management, all very dedicated and skilled within campaign development, brand management, and audiology. You’ll refer to the Project Director of Oticon Campaign Management, with the overall responsibility for successful G2M process and deliveries across Oticon as well as support to our multibrand organisation.

As the Project Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
- Driving G2M timelines to ensure alignment with other departments, stakeholders, and affected deliveries. You’ll drive the high-level timing of each release as well as detailed project plans with input from different G2M functions
- Creating core deliveries, where marketing campaigns and activities are described to guide sales companies in efficient local go-to-market planning
- Together with Marketing Activation, drive the Oticon Newsletter containing a mix of news for products and audiology as well as events and brand related topics, ensuring that our sales companies are well-informed and supported
- Drafting and driving communication to all markets regarding upcoming launches
- Supporting and facilitate different types of G2M forums by booking meetings, gathering content and presentations, facilitating Teams, and recording and creating minutes of meetings, actions log - and follow up. The meetings vary with different stakeholders and format, from Steering groups to hands-on kickoffs or Community calls
- Leading and prioritizing the tasks of two student assistants
- Project manage different half year related projects of different variety of scope. Examples could be to drive a pilot with key markets, optimize processes, co-produce with campaign managers

We imagine that you..
- Hold a degree in Marketing, International Business or similar with a couple of years of relevant experience, where you have a gained knowledge of the marketing toolbox, and the impact the marketing efforts can generate
- Ability to operate in a global matrix organization and manage stakeholders
- Strong project management skills – structured, transparent, and communicative
- Ability to transform content into simplified messaging. Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
- As a person, you should be self-driven, take initiative while keeping a cool overview when things get busy
