Senior Campaign Manager – Philips Brand
At Demant we are currently looking for a Senior Campaign Manager who will take the essential responsibility of driving the development of our campaigns and concepts. All well based on our brand strategic goals.

In Demant the Philips Brand Marketing team is located within the Global Marketing team. We are ensuring daily that the brand strategy is executed on a global scale. You will join a team consisting of 3 highly skilled campaign and brand experts with a strategic focus, working closely with our stakeholders in creative development and digital marketing as well as with our external agencies. The team is accountable for building and driving a competitive global marketing strategy and market position for Philips, that meets future trends from the hearing aid industry, customers, and consumers. The team is headed by the Brand Director, Philips Hearing Solutions.

As a positive and proactive project manager, you will be working directly with key stakeholders at the Demant HQ in Smørum as well as with colleagues at our Sales Companies across the world, supporting the significant sales of the Philips hearing aid portfolio globally. Furthermore, you will ensure that new, creative campaigns within the Philips brand are constructed in the best possible way “on brand”, following the Marketing Roadmap.
Comprehensive and proven project management skills in complex environments are needed. The ability to ensure progress with multiple stakeholders from different countries and cultures. You must thrive in a varied and sometimes hectic world. You are great at balancing all at the same time.
When you start your new job, one of our first projects will be to ensure a continuous roll-out of future campaigns together with the rest of the Philips Brand Management Marketing team. This is to make sure that the creative direction is aligned with the Philips Brand.
Work with Campaign Activities & Initiatives
Based on the Brand Strategy, Marketing roadmap and business targets you can look forward to taking on the following responsibilities:
Some of your most important stakeholders will be our graphic designers and Art Directors in Global Marketing and our external agencies. You will also get to network and spare with other Campaign Managers from other brands such as Bernafon and Oticon, also part of Demant.
In your job you will also have the opportunity to travel. You can expect around 10-15 days per year.

Finally, knowing how to take technical aspects from R&D and turn it into a good story as well as being able to be the counterpart for our external agencies and meet them in a competent way, is a clear advantage.
When it comes to your background you most likely have a master’s degree. Furthermore, we expect you to have several years of experience in strategic branding/marketing and campaign development in an international environment. Especially in a larger international organization, where you have learned how to plan initiatives and projects forward, developed a strategic marketing skill set - and the capabilities to execute on it.
When it comes to personal skills, you are open-minded, following up actively and inquisitive as well as collaborative and inclusive. Structure and pro-activity are some of your preferences when it comes to planning and prioritization and you can quickly adapt to new situations and balance many plates at the same time. Finally, you are a open team member, and you make an impact through clear communication.

- Proactively leading campaign activities and initiatives. Provide input to, and continuously align campaign development with the Go-to-Market process
- Briefing agencies and especially in-house Creative Development team
- Support the rolling out of new campaigns from Business Development and Brand Management
- Frequent interaction with the rest of the Global Marketing Team
- A variety of Project Management
