We invite you to bring your campaigning skills and comprehensive digital leadership experience into play as you take a key role in defining our internal strategy, processes, and tools for digital marketing and campaigning, and take responsibility for the execution of Oticon campaigns.
To succeed in this role, you must have 5-10 years of experience working with digital campaigns for large B2B focused companies or agencies with a significant B2B portfolio. You have a strategic mindset, but you are equally good at implementation and execution.

You will lead the product launch and digital marketing initiatives and rolling out the global campaign strategy, developing inspiring global digital content in line with our brand and share best practices and ways of working.
You will join our Digital Marketing Organization
As our new Senior Digital Campaign Manager, you will be part of the Digital Marketing team and work with a skilled team of 30 colleagues leading and driving branding and marketing from content production to campaign development and media activation. We have a diverse team who engages with a variety of stakeholders both globally and regionally. Digital Marketing is responsible for shaping the digital perspective on the Oticon brand and the activation of it, and you will be an integral part in making this happen.
You will function as our global lead on digital campaigns, ensuring we create a united campaign strategy across markets and that we set a high bar for how customers’ and users’ experience our content on digital channels.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the entire process of planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns and product launches
- Responsibility covers channel planning, incl. use of websites, social media and digital platforms for customer and user engagement
- Create omnichannel media and communication plans which define the right channels, content and journey to reach the desired target group
- Develop and implement digital marketing communication strategy, transforming the way we connect with our customers through seamless digital experiences
- Collaborate with markets to ensure the link between digital marketing strategy, brand and campaigns strategy and content
- Collaborate with the Paid Media team to align activities related to media buying and planning
- Responsible for budget planning and reporting
- Global stakeholder management
Qualifications
You enjoy the art of digital marketing, and you have a solid understanding of how it interacts with the commercial agenda and business goals in sales and branding. You see yourself as a creative and curious digital native eager to contribute with your expertise to help shape the collective perspective on the Oticon brand.
You have:
- 5-10 years of experience working with digital campaigns for B2B focused companies or agencies
- Hands-on person with the ability to manage all steps of a campaign or project and still think strategically on a global level
- Good experience in designing and implementing integrated digital marketing strategies and tactics across the entire customer experience
- Proven skills in using data to generate insights and identifying opportunities for tracking and optimizing campaigns
- Follow up on campaign deliveries, ensuring local markets’ satisfaction and use of content
- Experience with training and developing digital marketing competencies of others
- Demonstrate clear communication skills including ability to read, write and speak English
