In Milestone, our Technology Partners are one of the most valued community players, with whom we are collaborating day in and out. For that, in the Technology Partner Program (TPP) team, we ensure to take care of the Technology Partners by accelerating their adoption journey from onboarding to market. Even more exciting, we recently grew our work scope to provide partner related data insights to support stakeholders’ decision-making process for co-created innovation opportunity development.
To excel further within TPP, we need bright talents with a customer-centric, creative, and positive mindset. Now is your chance to help shape, develop and deliver data-driven initiatives within the Technology Partners area.
For that, you are responsible to connect, contrast and grow your academic knowledge with what really happens in this world. Learn to apply what you have been studying and teached in return.
Responsibilities
Develop new ideas and internal projects: Being part of a recently established work scope, dealing with uncertainty and providing direction towards new initiatives, will grow your stakeholder management skills with an increased customer centric approach, when catering for your stakeholders’ needs. Working in a dynamic environment will allow you to strengthen your organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Facilitate planning, reporting and oversight of (new) initiatives: Bring in new perspectives to excel in the field of project and risk management. This will further allow you to improve your communication and presentation skills.
Support the team with various ad hoc tasks: As part of the team, you will acquire teamwork knowledge, learn to work under pressure, acquire time management and prioritization skills, as well as push your initiatives forward and motivate others. You will further have a chance to experiment with tools and systems to provide support for your teammates.
You will have a flexible schedule in accordance with your studies. We expect you to work between 15-20 hours a week. As this is a student position you will be paid on an hourly basis.
Personal traits & desired qualifications
We expect you to be self-driven and be able to handle big responsibilities in a fast-paced industry. It is crucial that you can thrive when working by yourself, handling multiple tasks during the day.
The successful talent is passionate about business development, practical, efficient, and innovative, with ambitious problem-solving abilities in a dynamic, but agile work environment.
Furthermore, we expect that you
- Have strong problem-solving skills with ability to work efficiently, and can make appropriate balance between quality and efficiency
- Are flexible, creative and positive
- Very adaptive, open, and outgoing personality that is a team player
- Proactive and not afraid of new challenges
- Attentive to detail and organized
- Have strong analytical skills including a good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 suite (e.g., Power BI, Power App, Excel), or other tools
- Some experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or other CRM systems
- Some presentation skills
Requirements
- Currently are studying a Bachelor or Master within the field of business administration or business development with at least one or two years of your studies left.
- High proficiency in English, verbally and written, other languages are a plus
- To match the rest of the team you possess: great interpersonal skills, a “win-win” mindset, with the ability to build trust, and deliver on promises.
- Preferably you have with some understanding of hardware, software, and security solutions.

Join the Technology Partner programs team of 8 multicultural, ambitious minded individuals that continuously want to positively impact with a customer first approach – for Milestone Technology Partners and with Technology Partners.

These values help to cross team collaborate with multiple other departments in Milestone and strengthen the collaboration in a dynamic work environment. For that, the team is further guided by agile principles to jointly plan and prioritize activities.
The team is located in Copenhagen and drives the Technology Partner Program Management as well as providing Partner insights for data driven relationship building.
