European Energy covers all phases of wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from early development to operation and/or divestment of assets. Our company of 150 employees has since 2004 installed more than 1.5 GW of renewable energy. We operate globally and employ 21 different nationalities at our office in Søborg, Copenhagen. Our mission is to be a significant force in the global transition to a fossil free society.
As our new Project Assistant, you will work from our office in Søborg supporting European Energy’s business in Italy. You will be part of our Project Department, which handles development of our projects globally. The Italian team is currently very active in various areas of Italy and the pipeline is expected to grow. You will report to the Head of Development of the Italian team.
Your focus will be to assist on our project pipeline in various stages, to ensure that we are well coordinated and on top of all the issues relevant to project acquisition and the development and financing of renewable assets. You will handle budget control and supplier payments for renewable energy projects in the development stages. Finally, you will liaise with various advisors, including legal, insurance and technical, as required by project demands.
We seek a service-minded, team oriented yet independent and motivated person, who thrive in an international environment. It is crucial that you show flexibility and have good structural skills, as you will be working in a high paced and multidisciplinary environment.

Professional skills we expect from you:
- You have completed a bachelor or master at university level or an equivalent institution within economics, administration or similar
- Preferably at least 1 years of experience as Project Assistant
- Knowledge of the renewable energy industry, primarily in wind and solar technologies is an advantage
- You are an expert user in MS Office
- You master Italian and English
