Can you manage the end-to-end bid process for large, complex bids in one of Denmark’s biggest companies? And can you drive the design of Integrated Facility Services solutions that make our customers successfully in focusing on their key-business, while ISS takes care of the rest? Then you might be our new Bid Manager for this exciting opportunity at ISS Facility Services Denmark.
ISS Denmark is looking for a Bid Manager to join the Commercial team in a developing organization. As Bid Manager you will support the ambitious Solutions Sales team selling integrated facility services to ISS´ new and existing customers, which include many of the largest companies in Denmark. ISS is strengthening its leading position as the Danish and global leader within facility services, by sharpening the focus on key segments, accelerating technology investments and introducing a new globally aligned operating model.
Tasks and responsibilities: The key purpose of the Bid Manager is to support the sales process and manage the actual bid process through an improved end-to-end bid process. You will ensure that the bid meets our value proposition, the proposal is compelling, deadlines are met, and all customer requirements are answered. Further, you will be responsible for creating compelling and winning solutions, which meets and surpasses the customer expectations.
Together with your colleagues from Commercial, your focus area is to secure a high win rate of new business along with a high retention rate among our existing customers. You will have a close cooperation with colleagues across Commercial and our Operations organization to develop a clear strategy for each bid.
Being aware of new bid management trends and connecting this knowledge with our tender process is key, as you will provide efficient bid management support for our bids in the Danish business and occasionally for multi-country bids. You will engage with internal ISS teams and stakeholders to ensure high quality and operational readiness while working with project and process management including resource planning. Accommodating our customers is at the forefront of our services, where you will design winning solutions for each of our customers and manage our team room, bid portals and sharing of materials across the bid team and with relevant stakeholders.

As our Bid Manager you have the following competencies and experiences:
- Approximately 5 years of experience from a similar role, preferably in a global organization.
- Experience in driving strategic, cross-functional projects with numerous different stakeholders, including senior level management teams.
- Relevant master’s degree within e.g. communication or another field which qualifies you to write the best bids.
- Project management experience, of both private and public tenders from a complex solution selling industry.
- Strong business acumen and commercial insight is key along with immense stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluency in both Danish and English while having solid experience with PowerPoint and Word.
