As a Business Data Partner, your responsibility will be to enable the generation of value from data by promoting data literacy and proficiencies across Development. You will drive cross-functional projects, collaborating closely with the Data Governance team and key stakeholders in Data Science and across Development. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Projects in Strategic & Digital Development, your projects will span various areas such as implementing the Data Governance framework on our large data transformation program, managing data-driven organizational development and directing data transformation initiatives. A strong focus on stakeholder management is crucial. You will be expected to understand and articulate the needs and pain points of the business, translating them into technical requirements, and guide the adoption of state-of-the-art data architecture. Collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams, your role is to ensure alignment of data initiatives with broader organizational goals. You will join a dynamic team of project managers and business partners in Strategic Projects, a domain characterized by growth and opportunities for defining impactful projects. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, or a related field, combined with 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, data governance, data management, or similar. Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Data Governance frameworks within complex organizational structures. Strong project management skills, with a focus on strategic, data governance-related projects. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and aligning diverse stakeholders, including senior management. A track record of facilitating cultural change towards data-driven decision-making and governance practices. A proactive, independent approach, complemented by a resilient, "can-do" attitude, thriving in complex and dynamic environments. In Data Science Strategic Projects, we coordinate the strategy and deliver on the strategic projects in the Data Science organisation.
