As Senior Project Manager, you will be based in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Project Office located in Søborg, and will have the opportunity to manage cross organisational projects within Product Supply. You will be responsible for your own projects and work together with other project managers in the project portfolio. Tasks will include: Responsible for meeting project deliveries in cross functional projects within the portfolio in alignment with Product Supply (PS) strategies and tactics. Project Managing collaboration in projects with strategic Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO) between different stakeholders in Product Supply, including representing the department in CMO projects when needed. Project managing tracks in Due Diligence (DD) and Integration within Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) projects. In this position you will be able to offer your scientific expertise to the projects and when interacting with relevant stakeholders. Therefore, stakeholder management will be central in this position, and you will have the opportunity to build upon your network across Product Supply including CMC, R&D, Regulatory Affairs (RA), legal and the commercial organisation. Your collaboration will include liaising with 20-25 stakeholders cross functionally across the project teams which includes working globally a.o. working with our manufacturing sites based in US, France, Brazil and China, as well as in Denmark. Dependent on the project, there will be some travel expected for the position estimated at 1-4 weeks per year.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: Scientific master’s degree in relevant field of study, e.g. Biotechnology, Chemical engineering, Pharmaceutics, Microbiology, Biology, Extensive experience from pharmaceutical industry e.g., drug development, life cycle management processes and/or manufacturing. Strong project management experience managing complex projects on a global scale. Line management experience will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills with experience building strong relations with stakeholders cross functionally and globally. Experience within aseptic manufacturing and/or M&A will be a benefit. As a Project Manager, you have worked at a strategic level, leading teams, planning, and driving execution of targets. You are able to work independently and, in a team, to support decision making in senior management related to process improvements, organisational changes and innovative ideas.
