Come and be a part of our QA project team! We are looking for a new colleague to join our Project and Qualification Team. The position As a Senior QA Professional in our team you will:
  • Ensure documentation of validation for production processes and qualification for facilities, equipment, and automation systems aligns with current GMP requirements.
  • Lead QA to various project teams and provide support for daily routine production activities.
  • Approve deviations, change requests, and SOPs as part of your daily tasks.
  • Actively participate in problem-solving alongside production colleagues, maintaining a consistent presence to ensure QA oversight.
  • Take a lead role in making decisions and setting directions for Quality, requiring strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach in collaboration with colleagues in both production and QA.

You are ambitious and ready to be part of our on-going effort to improve our high standards, including ensuring new ways of working are implemented smoothly. To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A master’s degree within pharmacy, engineering or similar
  • Several years of experience working with processes from aseptic production or quality
  • Hands on experience with risk assessment, validation and qualification of production equipment, product, and/or IT systems
  • A solid and up-to date knowledge of quality and GMP requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and preferably have a good Danish proficiency too
  • Knowledge/experience with product validation would be a plus
    • About the department At Injectable Finished Products (IFP) QA Bagsværd we are responsible for quality assurance of the aseptic production in Bagsværd. It is our responsibility to ensure that the documentation meets the regulatory GMP requirements. IFP QA Bagsværd consists of 50 dedicated and engaged employees who are divided into four different teams – Operations, AP release, QA release and QA Projects and Qualification team.
