The Position You will be overall responsible for driving progress and updates to the area strategy in Clinical Drug Development (CDD). You will partner to our wider Development organisation for strategies introducing changes such as expanding global footprint, acceleration of drug development or leading tracks within game changing projects. You will report to the Senior Director of the CDD Executive Office (CDDEO) working closely with the team and CDD Leadership Team. To be successful in this role, you bring your understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain to work combined with a profound project management toolbox. You can navigate a comprehensive stakeholder landscape, ambiguous targets while striving for results. You bring curiosity and seek ways to succeed together with your peers. Qualifications We are looking for a colleague interested in driving own activities within a strategic office. You bring experience from the line of business and want to explore working in a strategic role for a year and strengthen your cv. Or you come from a similar position with experience and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. You have a relevant master’s degree (business/economics or pharmaceutical sciences) and a proven track record for excellent project management and collaboration. We expect you to work independently, follow through, and be able to manage senior stakeholders in steering group settings as this will be an integral part of your role. About the department
You will be working in the Clinical Drug Development Executive Office (CDDEO) anchored in the Development organisation located in Søborg. We are responsible for driving activities that support the management of the CDD area with over 1,100 employees who are planning, executing, and concluding our global clinical trial activities and leading our product development portfolio. In the executive office, we support the Senior Vice President to lead the organisation. We drive strategic business processes, lead sustainability initiatives, execute communication activities, manage budgets, organise major department events and support the community of project leaders in CDD.
