Apply now for a life-changing career! The Position As an Associate Manager you and your team will be responsible for driving and delivering high-quality security to our Danish sites. You will be leading a new department within Frontline Security, and you will be instrumental in shaping the new department and the future service levels and offerings. You will utilise your strong business perspective and strategic abilities to balance quality, delivery, and cost. Your main tasks will be to:
  • Establish service contract specifications that adheres to our security requirements.
  • Manage service contracts within security.
  • Make financial follow ups and prepare business cases.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Keep a high-level quality mindset.
  • As a part of our leadership DNA, we constantly seek to optimise our processes and stakeholder interaction. Your primary base will be in Bagsværd, however the service involves activities across our all Danish sites. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Proven track record managing service contracts and operating budgets.
  • Strong quality mindset and understanding.
  • Fluency in Danish and English (written/spoken).
  • Mentoring and training skills as well as a systematic and structural work approach alongside a good business understanding with strong stakeholder management skills are also important in this position. As a person, you are an experienced communicator and cooperate seamlessly in a vast variety of stakeholder interactions and line of business. You must possess a high personal robustness and be comfortable being challenged by more senior stakeholders in quality decisions. You have excellent planning skills and are used to work in a structured manner with an agile mind-set. You are result-oriented and persistent. You believe a work smarter-mentality and strive to ensure the best result. About the Department Frontline Security is responsible for delivering security to all Novo Nordisk sites in Denmark and a part of Corporate Facilities.
