Do you have experience in origination of land for development of major construction/energy projects? Would you like to become a key player in making the green energy transition happening in Denmark? Then there’s a good chance you may want to join us as our new Project Developer.

By joining us as Project Developer you’ll be an instrumental player in our Development team, where you will create and maintain a pipeline of project for development of utility scale solar projects. You will support the Permitting team in the drafting and submission of zoning and building permits. You will be reporting directly to our Head of Development. Working in GreenGo, we team up, co-create in an informal yet ambitious setting with a strong will to succeed and an ability to execute in an agile, empowered and entrepreneurial environment.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Analysis of screening reports provided by our GIS Team
  • Networking with landowners and stakeholders
  • Selection of suitable lands matching pre-established criteria
  • Negotiation of the Lease Agreement or Purchase Agreements terms
  • Preparation of the documents required for execution
  • Project presentations to local communities, municipalities, and other stakeholders

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural, Environmental, Energy fields or related
  • Preferred 3-5 years’ experience within project development, ideally development of energy projects or other projects including origination of land lease agreements
  • Danish mother tongue and English proficiency (writing & speaking)
  • Outgoing mindset, excellent communication, negotiation and diplomatic skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail, agile and self-driven
