You will join our Industry department
As our new colleague you will be part of the Industrial Projects department based at our office in Vejle. We are currently 17 dedicated and passionate department members all managing our clients’ industrial building projects from start to finish.
Depending on your preferences, you can either be placed at Ramboll’s office in Vejle, Aarhus or Aalborg.
All services are both rendered as independent disciplines and part of a broader consultancy service. This means that we have close strategic collaboration with local sub-consultants and with many areas within Ramboll – all with their unique expertise.
In your role as Senior Project Manager, your main focus will be to negotiate, win and execute complex international industrial building projects combined with your effort to actively develop and strengthen our professional and commercial profile within project management.
You will in Ramboll be working closely with engineering specialists, all experts within their individual fields. It will be your responsibility as our client’s key contact to set a strong Ramboll team to execute the project. This includes bringing all relevant Ramboll competences and services into play – services the client did not necessarily realise they needed until you made them aware of the benefits.
With your experience and market insight you will be a natural part of the department’s management team. This entails the development and mentoring of less experienced project managers and input and sparring on department strategy aimed at strengthening the department’s market position within project management of international industrial building projects.

- Negotiate, win and execute complex international industrial building projects
- Active Contract Management and Project Management of a multidisciplinary project team
- Mentoring the department’s project managers
Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- An engineering background
- Substantial experience with contract and project management (preferably) in the building sector
- Previously worked with contract terms such as AB89 and FIDIC
- Fluency in Danish and English both orally and in writing
- An IPMA certification on level C or B will be to your advantage
