SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

About the job
In support of our ambitious growth plans, we’re searching for a highly skilled senior project manager, reporting to the Director of Commercial PMO. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry managing complex products. You will be expected to ensure projects are realized within time and cost constraints and that all quality standards and requirements are achieved.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead commercial projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scope, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with colleagues from various functional departments
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
- Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed, escalating issues as necessary
- Ensure that Fertin Commercialization Model and governance structure are followed
- Facilitate lessons learned discussions and contribute to continuous improvement of the project execution
Experience / competencies
- Significant project management experience
- Proven success of working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix management structure
- Ability to influence and provide purpose, direction, and motivation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members’ capabilities and skill sets.
- Strong presentation skills
- High level of business acumen
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English
- Professional certification is an advantage —including IPMA/PMP/PRINCE II
