KEY RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Key Relationship Manager
We have ambitious plans to grow our business with existing products, with further expansion in other areas. To support these aspirations, we are looking for a dedicated Key Relationship Manager to join our team, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Global Key Accounts.
You’ll be responsible for developing and fulfilling robust account plans for one specific customer within the Risk Reduced Product space. You will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are met in collaboration with other stakeholders. You should expect a certain degree of complexity in stakeholder management – both externally and internally.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strategic mindset and possess a good level of business acumen. You’ll have a proven track record of developing excellent relationships with international customers and being trusted to deliver your promises. A positive, enthusiastic and winning attitude is critical to your success as well as profound understanding of the importance of teamwork as you will have many touch points across the organization. You will be skillful in successfully navigating between short-term deliverables and long-term strategic goals.
Today, you may be a key account manager, or project manager with a passion for delivering results in accordance with the business strategy.
There is flexibility for hybrid working, and you should expect to travel around 20-30 days per year.
Key responsibilities
- Achieving growth for the assigned account/program and strategic steering of new projects into the commercial pipeline
- Being the customer representative inside Fertin
- Preparing and delivering performance reviews
- Securing day-to-day realisation of agreed objectives, including forecasting, progress on strategic improvement projects and traction against deadlines on development projects
- Ensuring well-functioning collaboration and communication with the customer, acting as the one point of contact, and ensuring alignment across the value chain in Fertin
- Establishing our long-term partner status, working closely with the customer, ensuring consistent delivery of the short-term agreed plans and also supporting future growth opportunities
- Escalating incidents and irregularities for resolution
Required experience and competencies
- Relevant education background in business, e.g., marketing, sales, finance, or project management
- Experience from the FMCG world
- Prior experience from a relevant position with large international customers
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
- Track record of delivering an amazing customer experience
- Excellent relationship builder
- Able to thrive in and set order in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English
- A creative and strategic thinker
