PROJECT COORDINATOR FOR CAPEX PROJECTS

To support the project managers in executing an ambitious investment plan for capacity growth and technology upgrade in Fertins Operation and Laboratories, we seek 2 experienced Project Coordinators, who are passionate about working in different types and sizes of technology projects in close corporation with the project managers and specialists across the organization.
You will join our CapEx PMO team in Vejle with 14 dedicated colleges (portfolio manager, project managers and coordinators). The department is a part of Fertin Business Support and is responsible for managing the overall CAPEX portfolio process and for executing the more complex and larger CAPEX projects in the portfolio (1 to 100 mDKK).
Key Responsibilities
Project support / coordination on CAPEX projects inclusive:
- Preparation and follow up on Gantt plans
- Preparation of purchase requisitions in SAP and follow up on purchase orders
- Reservation of test materials in SAP and coordination with suppliers
- Reporting and follow-up on project budgets
- Training of external contractors and consultants in Fertin “house rules”
- Preparation of change controls, risk assessments, work instructions etc.
Qualification
- At least 3 years of experience working with project support / coordination in a production, project or technology function
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Basic knowledge of project management tools
- It is an advantage if you have knowledge of GXP and validation in a regulated industry
In your job you are robust and performance-oriented. You have a structured and solution-oriented approach, good analytical skills and at least you are a good communicator in Danish and English (verbal and writting).
