As our new Global Public Affairs Specialist, you will join our newly established Stakeholder Relations team in the Clients, Communications, and Marketing department. You will play an essential role in positioning Ramboll as a provider of solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges. You will work closely with ambitious and inclusive colleagues in the global Positioning, Sustainability, and Strategy teams, as well as with subject matter experts across the company’s markets and geographies. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be to: Produce key policy documents, including position papers and thought leadership materials Produce key communication assets, including speeches, talking points and presentations Support our senior leadership’s participation in major global activities, e.g. key fora, networks, partnerships, events, etc. Identify and manage reputational and operational risks Monitor industry topics related to Ramboll’s core areas of expertise Monitor political and corporate agendas important to Ramboll and our clients Provide timely and insightful analysis of current events and global trends related to the green transition Enable and equip Ramboll’s experts to become recognized thought leaders in their fields Build networks to promote and protect Ramboll’s interests Your starting point for continued growth:

For this role, we believe your starting point is: Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in English (Danish is not required) Minimum 6-7 years professional experience Track record in driving strategic corporate agendas Capacity to secure organizational buy-in for policies and processes In-depth knowledge of current political and socio-economic trends Excellent stakeholder management skills International experience and global thinking, obtained through previous positions, ideally in a large multinational company, think tank, government body or international organization Academic background: Master’s level degree in international relations, political science or a related field of study from a leading university Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: Mindset to thrive in a complex, high-paced and changing environment Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills as you will be working across organizational and geographical borders Intellectual curiosity and outstanding analytical skills Deep commitment to environmental and social sustainability, and to corporations’ role in the transformation of society Ramboll globally
