The face of the company
ISS is looking for a receptionist for our customer in Hellerup.
Your primary tasks will be to serve the guests at the reception, transfer and redirect incoming calls, and ensure that the reception area always appears presentable and welcoming. In addition, you must solve various administrative tasks, such as administration of employee cards. You will become part of a team of 3 in Internal Service. Together you will handle the reception during opening hours both independently and during busy periods together. You will also be part of a larger team that handles other tasks in the house.
The weekly working hours are 37 hours, Monday-Friday between 09:00 to 17:00.

• Serviceminded and presentable
• Positive, smiling, and a good spirit
• Focus on quality and the customer with an eye for detail
• Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
• Good IT skills at user level, including experience with Microsoft Office
As a person, you are above all service-minded, presentable, and quality-conscious. You must be able to maintain a solid overview, be flexible and work independently, as the tasks are diverse. You are smiling and love to go the extra mile to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Finally, it is important that you work solution-oriented and are structured and responsible.
