We are looking for a new night receptionist to join our great team!
We are a budget hotel located next to Tårnby station close to the airport. We have 219 rooms and are all about giving our guests a memorable experience at a low cost.
The position is part time with minimum 110 hours per month. The shifts are normally from 23:00-07:10 for 5-6 days and then an equal amount of days off. The shifts will be on both weekdays, weekends and bank holidays. If you are flexible, you will always be able to get more shifts beyond the guaranteed hours.
You will be joining a close-knit team of 15 young receptionists.
We are looking for someone who is able to start training from mid-March.

Tasks
- Check in/out of guests
- Answering e-mails and phone calls
- Making reservations
- Cash handling
- Bar sale
- Restocking our bar
- Weekly stock take
- Light cleaning in the reception+ lobby during your shift + dish washing for the bar
- Administrative tasks in our booking system
- Invoicing of companies and travel agents
- Security rounds during the night team
- Ensure proper communication with the day team
About you:
- You are serviceminded to the bone and a team player
- You posses good work morale and are always on time
- You have experience with working night shifts at hotels is a plus
- You understand Danish and are able to communicate well in English both verbally and in writing
- You can keep your head cold in stressful situations and are confident in making decisions alone
- You are able to be alone at the hotel during the night
- You have a great energy and positive outlook and an eye for details
- You are flexible, loyal and take responsibility for your tasks
- You are experienced Microsoft office user (outlook and excel especially)
- Experience in our hotel system Mews is a plus but not required
