Your new company

Klar is growing more than 100% every year, and we need your expertise to support this growth.

Over the past year, Klar begun building a solid structure to support our expansion, and your role in Klar would be to continue and perfect this process.

Klar started in Estonia in 2015, and today they are present in more than 5 countries, but it doesn't stop here!

The company is expanding to new countries every year, and Klar would need your help in this process.

Your new role

At Klar, they want to build a partner network that uses their platform for home improvement products. They need your help to develop this platform.

Home improvement professionals rely on traditional quotes from suppliers on the products they install for their clients, they want to change that.

Today, Klar is selling windows and doors online on a digital platform where you can order your home improvement products directly and successfully.

Their goal is to build a partner network of home improvement professionals that use their platform to increase the profitability of businesses.

They need you as their Head of Partners to build and develop this network and the platform that supports it!

They are looking for a person with experience in building and maintaining an active partner network, where businesses are trained to work on a digital platform.

You will be creating a strategy for finding and converting home improvement professionals into KlarPro partners and Setting up KPI’s for partners and the KlarPro department. In addition, you will be improving the KlarPro platform to fit the users’ needs and then getting proof of concept for the platform.

Once the proof of concept, your tasks will be:

  • Maintaining the partner network
  • Finding new partners
  • Building an in-house team of partner managers

One thing that will however never change, is that you are developing and improving their digital platform. Right now KlarPro platform is on the MVP stage. Their product at Klar is not the windows and doors that they sell, it is the digital platform that the products are sold on.

What you’ll need to succeed

The most important prerequisite to the role is to have proven success & track record in partnership lead, senior account manager, business/ partnership manager, or similar role.

As a starting point, they want to target a segment of small businesses in the home improvement industry.

What you’ll get in return

Klar headquarters are based in Tartu, Estonia, but you will be working from their cozy danish office in Valby, which you will be sharing with a team of 12 cool colleagues. But if you feel like working from our sister offices in Stockholm or Tartu once in a while, you are more than welcome to do that!

Klar culture is light and informal and always open and adaptable – that is of course needed in a startup environment, but it also means you will be able to influence how the work environment is at the office. They count on a great social environment with free lunch twice a week, Friday bars, team-building trips twice a year to the HQ etc.
