To our Product and System Sales (PSS) within Smart Infrastructure Operating Company we are looking for an ambitious Chief Controller with a can-do attitude to build a better tomorrow! Every day we push the boundaries of what is possible like developing state-of-the-art high-tech solutions. Distributed energy systems, the integration of renewable energy sources and aging grid infrastructures are building new challenges for the safe and reliable supply of power. Through energy automation and smart grid solutions, we provide future-proof solutions that evolve with our changing world.
At PSS, you will become part of a half a billion DKK business and 80 passionate colleagues, who works across the Nordics, who appreciates cross-border and cross-culture collaboration and who loves to have fun whilst working!
The Role
You will report to both the Nordic Finance head of PSS and to the Danish Head of Smart Infrastructure. Based at the Danish head office you will head up the Finance function in PSS and be the direct Manager for three dedicated Controllers. Together you ensure reliable and timely financial information and smooth and compliant accounting & finance processes. As part of the job, around 25 days of travel per year must be expected.

Responsibilities
- Defines and drives the most relevant Finance organization to ensure process quality and performance
- Lead a team of three and manage accounting process & ensure compliance and group accounting principles
- Coordinates the cash forecast and handle the cash position with Corporate Finance
- Supervises the production of financial statements and ensures that analytical reviews, reconciliations, physical checks and other key control activities are in place to guarantee an effective accounting and financial internal control

Your background
- A minimum of 3 years of experience either in practical experience with full balance sheet responsibility or experience from statutory audit at management level
- Leadership/management experience and good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good numerical skills and ability to interact with operations and other finance teams with hands-on attitude
- Experience working with SAP will be an advantage
- You like to approach things from different perspectives and always has an eye for digitalization options to become even more efficient
- Proficiency in Danish & English (speaking & writing)
