International focus and close collaboration
Because of an increasing demand for our products, we are expanding our Accounts Receivable team. That’s where you come in. You will join a team of 7 skilled colleagues that are all eager to welcome you onboard.
Our team consists of accounting specialists within separate fields. Wee always collaborate cross-functionally when delivering monthly accounts. Additionally, we are a relatively new team in the middle of a collective effort to finetune our workflow and best practices – and you will be invited to bring your ideas to the table in this process.
A mix of new and classic accounting
Joining a global function such as ours, you will communicate with stakeholders of many different cultural backgrounds and handle large amounts of data.
Your responsibilities can be split into 2 major categories. Firstly, you will be handling classic accounting tasks such as:
Secondly, you will take on a number of less traditional account tasks with a higher complexity and bigger stakeholder focus. You will be coordinating different claim-related efforts in cooperation with local finance managers. These tasks can vary a lot, depending on customer needs.
Additionally, you will be taking part in the implementation of a new D365 ERP system and the execution of various ad hoc projects, such as new customer set-ups.
Become responsible for our major clients
You will, among others, be responsible for some of our biggest clients. This aspect of your job will be one of the most challenging, as the scope of these clients requires you to tailor-make their accounting and communication processes to suit their needs. One of your accountant colleagues are assigned to these clients as well.
“Taking on our clients, is a responsibility that requires you to really adapt. It is a somewhat complex task, where you need to discover how to deliver effectively and react quickly within parameters defined by the clients,” says Jane Sander Ankjær Rasmussen.
Your attitude will help you overcome the challenges
Economic flair won’t do it alone. Many of your tasks involves collaboration with an array of different personalities, and your ability to communicate clearly and having an ear for customer care is therefore vital.
In your role, you will need an open mindset and positive spirit to solve tasks that aren’t always straightforward. You are solution-oriented and have an organized approach that allows you to keep track of projects that doesn’t fit into the standard accounting box.

- Intercompany reinvoicing
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing cycles
- Transmission of aging lists
- Balancing and accounting

- You have work experience as an accountant or a relevant degree, such as in commerce or finance - or perhaps a combination of theoretical and practical experience
- You have experience within Navision and AX12
- You find it easy to learn new IT tools
- You have proficiency in both Danish and English
