Step in to our global Portfolio Management Office (PMO), engage with all layers of the organization and help safeguard that all projects are aligned with our corporate strategy.
Core Responsibilities
Orchestrate the corporate execution process by: ensuring a smooth internal flow in global PMO, connecting insights from the portfolio managers in the team, into a holistic picture - and align this with central partners and decision makers in Corporate Financial Planning and the central People Planning team.
Provide ongoing reporting to Executive Leadership Team and board of directors on the overall project portfolio and the traction of key strategic initiatives including:
· How strategic funds and headcounts are deployed into initiatives
· Progress towards key milestones and KPI’s of strategic workstreams
· Holistic picture of the strategic fit of the project portfolio towards corporate priorities
· Insights on project and portfolio health and feasibility
Finally you would also drive continuous development of the Corporate Execution Process / Global Project Portfolio process.

Anchored in the central ‘Strategy & Transformation’ team, who is referring to the CEO and driving the overall strategy development in the LEGO Group, the global PMO orchestrate the global project portfolio process. Through this the team of 6 provide clarity of the entire project portfolio across the LEGO Group and ensure line of site to the corporate strategy.
The mission for the global PMO is to safeguard that the portfolio and projects within are aligned with the strategy and healthy and feasible to deliver in a way that generate desired value and benefits.
Doing so we engage with all areas and layers of the organization from executive level to project managers on concrete projects.
Do you have what it takes?
· Minimum of bachelor’s degree (preferred master) in business or related field
· Strong stakeholder management – with ability to engage with diverse business areas across LEGO and connect with project managers as well as senior management
· Structured and analytical by nature, with ability to identify the critical take-ways from complex situations
· Great presentation skills with ability to build overviews and crystallize trade-offs for decision makers
· Project and Portfolio experience is a plus but not a must
· Possible experience as management/strategy consultant and/or experience with finance management or governance
· Proficient English
