Welcome to Group Accounting
At our headquarters in Hedehusene, you will step into our corporate finance function – Group Accounting – which is responsible for all group reporting and controlling as well as ensuring correct billing of group fees to all DSV entities around the globe. We are 35 dedicated colleagues based in Denmark, Hong Kong, Shanghai, the USA and Switzerland.
As a team, we cover different reporting and controlling tasks, but we share a solid team spirit and help each other solve problems and overcome obstacles. Knowledge sharing is an important part of our DNA, and we put a great stake in utilising our many different skills and in learning from each other.
Handle our consolidated accounts
As the department’s corporate accounting wizard, you will get to know the ins and outs of the various critical points for tax returns across the globe.
With the responsibility for handling a wide range of accounting and reporting tasks relating to Group activities, you will:

Handle our consolidated accounts
As the department’s corporate accounting wizard, you will get to know the ins and outs of the various critical points for tax returns across the globe.
With the responsibility for handling a wide range of accounting and reporting tasks relating to Group activities, you will:
- Responsible of reporting and controlling according to relevant IFRS and local GAAP
- Business partnering with stakeholders as main contact for the departments cost controlling
- Participation in development of department and procedures
- Handle the annual statutory reports and the submission of external tax returns
- Make analyses and business cases for and give KPI reporting to management
- Support the establishment and liquidation of subsidiaries and holding companies
- Ensure local GAAP compliance in all DSV Group jurisdictions
- Handle reconciliation of contingent assets and liabilities throughout the Group
- Coordinate share transfers, bond issues and dividend payouts
- Manage tax and contingent risk reporting annually and quarterly in SAP BPC
- Assist with the annual DSV reports to the general public and participate in the annual budget processes
- Participate in department process improvement projects
- Provide support related to Group fees
- Be the main point of contact for the delivery of data to various official ministries such as Statistics Denmark, the National Bank, etc.

Experienced financial controller
You thrive on solving a great variety of tasks in an international work environment and have a positive mindset. Politically savvy and with solid business acumen, you are right at home in a corporate function, and you navigate easily at all levels of a global organisation excelling at stakeholder management. Moreover, we imagine that you:
- Have solid experience working with consolidated accounts, and it is an advantage if you have knowledge of taxation
- Know how to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, delivering quality and staying analytical and detail-oriented
- Are well versed in MS Office and SAP – it would not hurt for you to be an Excel expert
- Communicate effortlessly in English
