Joining us at our HQ in Hedehusene, Denmark, you will become part of Group Accounting. Together with Rachid, who works from Belgium, you will make up our Change Management team, managing change environments across a truly international accounting function.

Assist change projects throughout Group Accounting
Your main goal will be to assist the change manager in delivering on projects that aim to improve existing processes, implement new tools and onboard new finance entities into Group Accounting. And most importantly, to ensure a successful change management process, so your colleagues experience the benefits. For instance, you are going to play a big part in the largest project in front of us, in which we seek to improve the yearly budgeting process.
Your primary tasks will be to:
Financial accounting profile who wants more
We imagine that you have a relevant Bachelor or Master degree and maybe also some experience with financial accounting. And now, you would like to break free from the numbers in the Excel sheets and move to the level above, where you get to optimise processes and tools and build relationships with people to raise the bar for an entire accounting function.

- Help identify improvement opportunities and especially where processes could be automatised to improve efficiency and reduce risks
- Assist in project coordination, e.g. organising meetings, workshops and training sessions with users
- Communicate closely with users in Group Accounting and colleagues across Finance, who are located across the world
- Support managers requesting new reporting tools and customised data
Financial accounting profile who wants more
We imagine that you have a relevant Bachelor or Master degree and maybe also some experience with financial accounting. - Have strong communication and intercultural skills – you always meet people with an open mind and respect for where they come from

- Have a structured approach to your work and are ready to develop your project management skills
- Communicate effortlessly in English
