Visiopharm is building its presence in the Latin EU region. Joining us as an Account Executive now thus presents an exciting opportunity, as the market for digital pathology solutions is expanding rapidly.
Your tasks will be;
Your key responsibilities will be to expand the territory and ensure growth of the Visiopharm digital pathology business both within the research and clinical market. You will be working in compliance with the structured sales process developed by Visiopharm and contributing to continually improving the sales process. This entails being an active and hands-on commercial force that identifies business opportunities through understanding the customer objections and solving problems in complex environments. In your role as Account Executive, you will be an extension of Visiopharm which means that you will play a crucial part in providing feedback from customers to the organization in order to generate new business.
The main aspects of this role are as follows;
Your Profile;
We expect you to have a proven background in complex sales solutions, engaging at a high level with Biopharma, Pathology departments at hospitals and research institutions. As a person, you like to work in a high-paced environment and thrive in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
It is important that you feel comfortable managing many projects and discuss realistic timelines with our customers. You consider yourself a strong communicator and negotiator, driven by costumer relations and results. You possess the ability to link sales, marketing, and business development, and generally maintain great reliability and flexibility in your work.
The role is very autonomous and relies greatly on being proactive, while at the same time engaging as a good team player and achieving results in collaboration with the rest of the sales team and organization.
Qualifications;
Location: The position will be home-based and will ideally be somewhere central in terms of regional accessibility.

- Accurately complete and maintain sales forecast and other records in an orderly and timely fashion
- Participate in monitoring and reporting on the activities of competitors, potential collaborators, as well as identifying business opportunities

Qualifications;
- We expect you to have a proven background in complex sales solutions, preferably healthcare IT and/or pathology, i.e. Immunology, Molecular Pathology, Immunotherapy or Toxicology
- Have 5+ years of sales/marketing and commercial experience within digital pathology (strongly preferred) or from other fields within the life science industry
- Ability to travel within the region (50%)
- Willingness to independently work in a non-hierarchical company
- Ability and curiosity to learn
- Business French and business English are necessary
Location: The position will be home-based and will ideally be somewhere central in terms of regional accessibility.
