We’re searching for an E-commerce Finance Business Partner to play a crucial role in realising our ambitious strategy. This new team member will deliver on key objectives and be involved in the whole process from analysis and goal setting to challenging the way we do business. Are you up for that?
Trendhim is an award-winning international E-commerce company that designs and sells men’s accessories in 28 countries and 18 languages. With +50% yearly growth and private equity ownership, Trendhim is positioned to become the world’s best site for men’s accessories and jewellery. Each year, we send out more than 1 million orders from Horsens, and over 100,000 customers browse our platform every day.
In this new position, you’ll report to the CFO and work directly with top management and functional managers leading the business finance agenda at Trendhim.

In addition to the day-to-day, Trendhim has a strong focus on executing a large number of projects that will support the company's continued growth.

And you’re curious to know the ins and outs of our business model. Only then can you help define the KPIs that’ll help Trendhim grow.

Trendhim designs accessories for men and sells directly to consumers online. With 6,000 products and a thriving design department for our house labels, we help customers in 40 countries and 18 languages. In the last 5 years, we've grown from 3 to 60 employees and were nominated the 10th fastest growing company in Denmark in 2017. Everything is run from our office and warehouse in Horsens, Denmark.

Tasks
- Responsible for preparing business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
- Construction and implementation of Power BI, optimise interfaces between core systems and the finance system, and help deliver on strategy.
- Conduct monthly reporting and communicate results.
- Take an active role optimising processes, KPIs and reporting.
- Develop analytical models for improvement and optimisation.
- Support our managers with the preparation of management reporting.
- Prepare business-critical analyses and cases both for improvement and for new areas.
- Drive and consolidate budget and ongoing forecast processes.
- Involvement in strategic projects either as a sparring partner, project participant or project manager.

- You’re able to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains.
- You’re ready to take on responsibility, and you have the energy and desire to work your way into the role.
- You have experience as a Finance Business Controller in E-commerce or bring it from the world of auditing, consulting or similar.
- You work in a structured, disciplined manner and take pride in meeting deadlines and quality requirements.
- You have respect for direct dialogue and want to get involved in the company and make your mark on the final result.
- If you have experience with Business Central, E-commerce/retail and project management, this is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- You’re fluent in written and spoken English.
