You will join our Sales & Project Execution area consisting approximately 180 highly skilled project employees. Specifically, you will be part of our Project Controls Team, consisting of highly skilled Senior Project controllers and Project controllers, who are very passionate and social engaged. We engage and interact with a variety of stakeholders. Regardless of which of these many stakeholders we face, our ambition is to take a wingman position; providing our stakeholders support in manner allowing them a feeling of control and support. This require a proactive mindset and approach to solving tasks and a high level of flexibility.

As a Project Controller, you'll be working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team where your daily responsibilities include:
You will work as a consultant to our customers independently or as part of a project team within Project Execution. You will manage Project Controlling at all levels and will also sometimes take up a position as Project Controls Manager with a team of 2-3 people within the Project organization.

How you might spend your days
As a Project Controller, you'll be working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team where your daily responsibilities include:
- Project Performance Reporting – Internal & External
- Target monitoring of incentive penalty agreements
- Earned Value Management analysis
- Risk Management analysis
- Burn Rate Reporting
- Profit & Loss reporting and analysis
- Forecast evaluations
- Project Financial reviews during year-end closing
You will work as a consultant to our customers independently or as part of a project team within Project Execution. You will manage Project Controlling at all levels and will also sometimes take up a position as Project Controls Manager with a team of 2-3 people within the Project organization.

- posess strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- are able to create structure and handle several projects simultaneously

- will use your experience with PIMS, NAV, SAP, Excel, Power point, MS Projects
- have what it takes to be Project Management's trusted advisor in any aspect of Cost, Time and Risk, and are able to foresee possible connections between these that can be a potential risk for the project.
- can constructively and proactively challenge, push back and take the ownership for deliver accurate reports
The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role:
- An educational background (Bachelor) within Economics or equivalent
- 5-8 years of experience within Project Controlling from the pharmaceutical, biotech, food or chemical industry
- Experience within Project Planning and Project Risk Management is an advantage
- Experience in use of Earned Value Management methodology
- Fluent in Danish and English, spoken and written. You live in Denmark
