Working hours will typically be around 20 hours per week and based in Copenhagen. The position will offer sufficient flexibility for you to concentrate on lectures and exams but will also require flexibility during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will support the Ocean Product Finance team across the whole range of monthly reporting, forecasting and deep dives to support the Business teams.
  • Performance management/ Management Reporting: Support accurate, timely and aligned reporting of financial, commercial and operational performance indicators. Support the Finance Business Partners with performance reviews, drive follow-ups and gap to plan closure.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Support the teams during the forecasting process, planning and reporting.
  • Partnering: You will support FBPs to prepare business decisions and enable follow-ups. Assist in evaluating alternative strategies and proving recommendations to the business. Perform ad-hoc analysis and offer insights to business based on business need.
  • Continuous improvement and project work: Support validation and simplification of reports, analytic tools and automation of reporting.

Who We Are Looking For

  • We will be looking for a true top performer with passion for Logistics & transportation, as well as financials and data, who enjoys driving results with others.
  • You are probably on your third year of your bachelor’s degree or just started your master’s degree.
  • You are result driven and have a strong logical and analytical capacity.
  • In addition, you have the ability to drive things independently, are a quick learner, self-starter and have a high attention to detail.
  • You are at ease in managing multiple and changing priorities and can keep a good overview even during busy periods.
  • You have a strong sense of urgency and drive to deliver quality in your work- all at the same time.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, while experience in BI systems is a plus.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English. Danish is not required.
