As a Cost Controller in the Finance department, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in supporting business decisions through accurate cost, reporting and forecasting. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies both when supporting the budget owners in monitoring their costs and follow their budget, as well as assist in the day to day cost control activities with ad-hoc support and implementation of processes optimization initiatives. You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques developing finance processes and reporting in different departments while stabilizing the operations of TCS and cost control in TUDK after the initial setup.
Key Responsibilities
Overall, you have the responsibility of driving efficient cost control of one of the divisions within TUDK, DSO (Development and Support of Operations) which is currently under a reorganization at TOTAL group level to become One-Tech. You are the one to assist the business with facilitating the Request for Services (RFS) process to ensure internal allocation of cost within this division.

Key Responsibilities

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
- Liaise with the business owners to ensure timely opening of RFS and follow up and chase clients, monitor actual realization and propose amendments;
- Follow time-writing within the respective division and take follow-up action when time sheets are missing;
- Ensures the cost control for external and internal expenditures of the activity under responsibility;
- Ensures quality of cost control of all commitments of third-party expenditures of TUDK incl. participating in the approval flow of the P2P;
- Provides analyses on General & Administration Costs and any internal performance reporting to the respective divisions;
- Ensures preparation of budget and closing forecasts and contribute with information;
- Challenge Budget Owners on cost overruns, non-compliance with policy and cost trends;
- Ensures that inquiries from client or from departments are dealt with;
- Ensures timely delivery of all cost control inputs for accounting closures.
- Works together with cost controllers from France and Belgium to implement the new One-Tech organization.
- Supports the monthly consolidation of the One-Tech divisions across the different locations and ensures stabilization of the new organization and processes in this newly created division.
- Optimize templates for all of Cost Control to use for reporting, budget, RFS and time-writing follow-up
