You will join our Business Finance department
Business Finance, a part of Ramboll Support Organisation consists of 55 employees and the majority work in our head office in Copenhagen. As our new Local Cost Controller for our Support Organisation you will be part of our Danish Controlling department consisting of 18 skilled controllers that support our business across Denmark. You will report to the Head of Department.
Our Support Organisation services all Principle Business Units in Denmark, covering the service areas Facility management, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Procurement and Communication. Your responsibility will be Finance, Communication, Legal and HR in Denmark.

In your role, you will primarily collaborate with Functional Heads and be a trusted sparring partner as well as facilitate communication between local and global function.

In your role, you will primarily collaborate with Functional Heads and be a trusted sparring partner as well as facilitate communication between local and global function.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Act as a sparring partner and finance single point of contact for the Functional Heads within Finance, Communications, Legal and HR in Denmark.
- Act as link between the Global Business Services (GBS) Cost Management team and the Controlling team in Denmark.
- Proactively drive business partnering agenda towards your stakeholders in Denmark and other key stakeholders on e.g. strategic projects.
- Plan and coordinate the budget and forecast processes for the Functional Heads within Finance, Communications, Legal and HR in Denmark.
- Coordinate and manage the monthly closing process for Finance, Communications, Legal and HR in Denmark, including budget and forecast follow up and management reporting
- Support and direct the ongoing financial evaluation process to ensure proper reflection of financial results
- Participate in development and alignment of the cost controller role in general
Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- A relevant master’s degree e.g. Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, Master of Economics or similar
- We expect you to have 3-5 years of relevant cost controlling experience
- Fluent Danish and English, spoken as well as written, is a prerequisite
