Munck Civil Engineering seeks to attract an administrative capacity who will be the anchor in relation to Danish legislation in the Finance department.The Tramway is coming to Odense – would you like to come onboard and be part of the international team that is building Odense Tramway?
Munck Civil Engineering seeks to attract an administrative capacity who will be the anchor in relation to Danish legislation in the Finance department.
Your task will be in the Comsa-Munck Joint Venture until the tramway has been build and afterwards we expect to transfer you to other activities in Munck Group.
Munck Group is expanding and we expect that there will be new projects where your capacity and resources are needed after the completion of the tramway.
The working language is primarily English, and you will refer directly to the Finance Manager in the Joint Venture.
Job Purpose and tasks
You primary responsibility is to ensure that the project comply with Danish rules related to accounting and labour law. Furthermore your daily task will be
•review expenses, VAT Report, payroll records etc.
•review and test of terms for foreign works to ensure compliance with Danish rules and agreements with unions, both for our own employees but also for employees by subcontractors.
•handle interface towards external stakeholders such as suppliers, the client, authorities and unions.
•fleet follow-up and control.
You will be a member of the Finance team and work closely together with Spanish colleagues from Comsa. You will also support as back-up for handling vendor invoices and payments to vendors.
Requirements
•You hold a BSc Economics and Business Administration or similar
•You have a good understanding and experience with Danish accounting principles
•You have a good knowledge about Danish rules for time wages and in general for blue collar workers
•You are an experienced user of MS Office
•Experience with SAP will be an advantage, but not a requirement
•You have knowledge/experience in Human resources and related legislations in Denmark (payrolls, etc.)
•You are good at teamwork and communication
•You have a positive attitude, are flexible and adaptable
•You master English and Danish language at a high level
We would prefer a candidate with experience from construction projects or companies.
You will be part of an international environment with a lot of experienced colleagues from Spain, Portugal, Denmark etc. It is an exciting, varied and challenging position with good opportunities for personal and professional development.
Salary is based on qualifications and experience. Pension and health insurance are also included. The positions could be on a reduced hour basis if requested.
