Based at our headquarter in Odense, Denmark, KOMPAN is a world leader in the industry and is now searching for a Senior Manager Business Controlling, who will be responsible for Group Business Controlling.
Management of Business Controlling team
To take on this role, you have a deep interest in and a solid understanding of business controlling at senior level. You will be responsible for our Group Business Controlling and provide analysis to support business decision making.
To succeed in this role, you are persistent, cooperative, and have a good understanding of international business.
Not only will you get deep insight into and a thorough understanding of our global organization, but you will also provide great support to Group Finance, Group management and Business entities.

- Ensuring forecasting models and market deep dive
- Competitor analysis and market analysis
- Financial forecasting
- Financial and Operational Performance tracking
- Supporting strategical decision making
- Price structure, modelling and development
- Margin controlling
- Cost controlling
- Networking capital controlling
- Project management
Our ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in driving processes within business controlling at a senior level
- Knowledge of daughter company structure in an international setup
- Specialist within business controlling
- Good understanding of how to develop international business
You are fluent in English as well as Danish. You will work from our HQ in Odense, Denmark.
