Independent and dedicated Accounting Manager / Controller is seeking financial and operational management in international horticulture business with production of fresh green peas in Denmark, Portugal, Italy, Spain and Morocco.
The company is a seasonal business with very varied activities and staffing throughout the year and across borders. The company performs all functions from cultivation, harvesting, packaging and processing as well as market development, sales and distribution with a daily staff of 8 - 10 persons and 300 - 400 people during the harvesting periods.
As part of a generational change plan, the company has just been transformed into a limited liability company with a professional board of directors. At the same time, the company is undergoing a major restructuring process, where the company's functions must be developed across company structures and borders - and where business processes and processes must be able to operate efficiently and independently of personal connection.
Therefore, a person is sought who can take care of the daily follow-up of the company's finances and operational activities - and at the same time contribute to the development and implementation of business procedures and auxiliary tools for managing and coordinating the company's functions.
As an applicant, you are therefore expected to have the following qualifications as a minimum:
On a personal level, you are proactive and reflective and possess an accepting and positive outlook on life.

As a central staff function, you will have the opportunity to put your mark on the company's development - just as you will have the opportunity to plan your own work situation within the company's strategic and functional framework.

- Accountant with flair for figures and analyzes.
- Business oriented with focus on structure, development and results
- Super user of Word and Excel as well as knowledge of web-based IT tools.
