About us:
FLC is the Joint Venture in charge of the design and construction of the longest immersed tunnel in the world. It’s a very complex project consisting of Tunnel North Contract & Tunnel South Contract (TUN & TUS) and the Tunnel Portal and Ramps Contract (TPR).
Managing information flow and documents in such a big organisation is a key activity and the objective is to make sure that all FLC team members receive checked and approved information in a timely manner.
As a Document Controller, you are a key actor of FLC information and documents management: you are the main support for the project team, subcontractors and consultants as well as the first line of control for ensuring that FLC procedures & requirements are met.

As a Document Controller, you are a key actor of FLC information and documents management: you are the main support for the project team, subcontractors and consultants as well as the first line of control for ensuring that FLC procedures & requirements are met.
Key activities:
- Ensure that the Document control good practices are applied by all issuers of documents
- Manage documentation and communication through the project EDMS (electronic document management system):
- Upload all required documentation in a timely manner
- Ensure, that the documentation is send in the specific workflows
- Submitting the approved documentation to the Client when appropriate
- Support the Team in planning, coding and uploading documents
- Check the documents for compliance with rules
- Reporting
About you:
- You have an educational background as librarian, administrative assistant or similar
- You have at least 2 years’ experience from similar position, experience from project environment will be an advantage
- You have extensive experience with using EDMS and Spreadsheets, experience with Think Project will be an advantage
- You are fluent in English and have great communication skills, both oral and written
- As a person you are highly attentive to details and have a structured approach to work combined with high level administrative, planning and organisation skills
- You are able to adapt to a project environment where practices are changing and evolving to match the needs
