Jr. Business Controller, Finance

Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for a Jr. Business Controller for our Finance team at our global headquarters in Skanderborg.
About the job
As our new Business Controller, your main task will be to assist in the cost controlling and analysis related to projects, fixed assets, inventory and cost variance.

About the department
We’re a team of six enthusiastic colleagues at the HQ, working with our five international finance colleagues on controlling, accounting and providing support to our global offices in Germany, the USA and China. We work closely together, supporting each other in our daily tasks, but also place a high value on independent work - especially towards the end of the month. We succeed by working together, and by working closely with colleagues across the organization.
About you
You have an educational background within Financial management or accounting, and you have at least one years’ experience from either a similar role in an international company, or from an internship/student job.
You already possess basic knowledge of balance sheets and P/L ledgers, and you are curious to learn more about the workings in a Finance department.
You use your well-developed communication skills to establish good working relations with all stakeholders. Your work style is characterized by an eagerness to learn and an flexible mindset.
Your success is determined by your ability to build a constructive dialogue with customers across all organizational levels and functions.
English is our main company language, so you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in both writing and speaking it. Chinese or Danish language skills are an advantage.

About the job
As our new Business Controller, your main task will be to assist in the cost controlling and analysis related to projects, fixed assets, inventory and cost variance.
Other responsibilities include:
- Assist in the month end closing.
- Support R&D department in financial matters i.e. provide numbers/ overviews as needed.
- Assist in Inventory management, like stock count, inventory aging and impairment.
- Assist in project administration: set up new projects, review project cost.
- Fixed assets administration: FA acquisition, depreciation, write down.
- Assisting in the development and updating of processes and procedures.
