Building Program Planner & Data Controller
Can you keep track of many parallel projects in an international and fast growing company? And would you like to be responsible for coordinating, structuring and reporting on the overall project portfolio of new solar and wind farms throughout Europe? Then you might be the one we are looking for.
European Energy is a Danish privately owned company in rapid growth. We construct wind and photovoltaic (PV) projects, from greenfield development to construction, operation, and divestment. Our company of more than 300 employees has since 2004 installed more than 2.0 GW of renewable energy. We operate globally and employ 25 different nationalities at our HQ in Copenhagen and our offices in Sweden, UK, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, and Spain. Our mission is to be a significant force in the global transition to a fossil free society.
Responsibilities
As a Building Program Planner, you are responsible for the overall coordination and validating of data in the company's entire project portfolio. This is a newly created position that you can shape and develop. You will be the interface between the building program itself and the planning of the individual projects, in close partnership with our European country managers. In addition, you are responsible for:
With a steadily increasing number of projects, there is an increased focus on planning and ensuring correct data as well. You are part of a multinational team, and it is expected that you are capable of creating good relationships and manage to communicate with colleagues at several levels in the organization.

Responsibilities
As a Building Program Planner, you are responsible for the overall coordination and validating of data in the company's entire project portfolio. This is a newly created position that you can shape and develop. You will be the interface between the building program itself and the planning of the individual projects, in close partnership with our European country managers. In addition, you are responsible for:
- Coordination and updating of the construction program
- Reporting on the construction program
- Quality assurance of overall timelines and PLC data
- Coordination/interface with Finance and planning
With a steadily increasing number of projects, there is an increased focus on planning and ensuring correct data as well. You are part of a multinational team, and it is expected that you are capable of creating good relationships and manage to communicate with colleagues at several levels in the organization.
Professional skills we expect from you
- Relevant technical education, and for example within energy, construction or similar
- 3-5 years experience with project management. Preferably major development projects in energy or construction
- Experience with building processes
- You speak and write fluent English, and it is an advantage with knowledge of Danish
- You are a skilled user of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and MS Project
- Experience from- or knowledge of the energy industry is an advantage
