We are looking for a self-driven and result-oriented Sales Controller with focus on invoicing, revenue recognition, reporting, budgeting and forecasting. The role will be part of a relatively new and constantly growing dedicated expert team based in our Danish office in Sønderborg. The team has responsibilities related to the EMEA region, including offices in UK, Denmark, Germany, Norway and Finland.

The preferred candidate will have a strong “hands-on” mentality, an eye for process improvements and good communication skills.

The key responsibilities:

· Secure and execute timely monthly invoicing of Software projects and running Software contracts in line with customer contracts and in coordination with responsible account managers

· Support to increase profitability of the business by keeping track of applying CPI or maintenance uplift

· Support evaluation of correct revenue recognition out of contract details and corresponding postings in ERP system

· Follow up on AR

· Cash Flow Forecasting on receipts

· Reporting with major focus on revenue and comment on monthly deviations

· Support Forecast/Budget Process

· Perform ad-hoc reporting on demand

You will possess the following skills & experience:

· 5+ years’ experience in finance functions - preferable in international companies within cross-functional and multi-national teams

· Support Budget- and Forecast-processes in international organizations

· IFRS 15

· Basis knowledge in Contract management and commercial terms & conditions

· Able to work in multiple systems including different ERPs (Navision, AX, GP…) and excellent Excel skills

· Team player across locations
